Bailey is an NASM certified personal trainer & mindset coach with a specialization in women's fitness. Like many of you, her fitness journey started with a New Year's goal of achieving weight loss, 5 years later she is now continuing her goal pursuit while educating other women on how to achieve their goals in a healthy & sustainable way so they can feel good about their body & mind. Bailey's philosophy boils down to finding a fun & healthy routine that fits YOU while learning how to feed and move your body without the fad diets or silly exercise trends.
