The FREE 5 Days to Wellness Challenge! Finding a routine that works for you can be difficult, and the plethora of apps and programs out there doesn't make it any easier. Where do you start? Why do you start there? What is the goal? These are all difficult questions to answer on your own, thats exactly why I have created this challenge. This challenge was built to help women start to build a routine that works for them and help them understand how the mind & body connects on their fitness journey. In this challenge, you will learn about stress management, how to create a routine, and mental health tips to get you on the track to a better you. Each day you will receive a workout accompanied by a follow-along video, a handout to guide you through your lesson, daily live streams, a community to keep you accountable, and a check in form so we can see how you did! There will be a winner announced at the end of the challenge so be on the look out for out special prize announcement within the coming days. Enrollment for the challenge officially opens on the 12th BUT since you're on my email list, I'm giving you an extra day to enroll. The challenge beings on Monday, March 29th!
